    The paleo way of eating is by no means restrictive; in fact I have found that you can eat abundantly the right foods. This paleo recipe book has made it easy for me to get started, and contains enough recipes to get me on track. Excellent work Michael!

    The recipes contained in this book are quick and easy to make. The ingredients are also easily sourced, making consistency no problem at all. I look forward to losing some weight in the coming weeks with these recipes!
